Job summary

Grazitti Interactive is seeking a Senior Zendesk Developer in India to build and customize Zendesk applications and extend platform capabilities for enterprise CX solutions.

You will work on designing frontend experiences with React, integrating REST APIs and webhooks, and deploying apps across Zendesk locations while ensuring security, scalability, and quality through CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and ZAFClient.
• Experience with ZCLI and Zendesk app development lifecycle.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React skills.
• Good understanding of Node.js, npm, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Zendesk Guide, Curlybars/Handlebars, Liquid Markup, and templating.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and integrations.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
