Job summary

Adat Solutions is seeking a Senior WordPress Developer to drive scalable web applications with strong PHP expertise. You will mentor juniors, review code, and contribute to architectural decisions.

You’ll collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to ensure secure, performant storefronts, while advancing API integrations and maintainable code.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as a WordPress, PHP Developer & Shopify for 2 year(s)
• M.C.A, B.Tech Or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar relevant field
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Plugins-Development/Customization, Custom Theme Development, Plugin Conflicts Troubleshooting
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
• Experience with PHP MVC frameworks
• Excellent relational database skills with MySQL
• Experience with building restful JSON web services
• Knowledge of API’s & API integration
• Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop, record and maintain WordPress, Shopify & PHP applications portal plus premium services platforms
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the UX team
• Plugins-Development/Customization, Custom Theme Development, Plugin Conflicts Troubleshooting
• Lead the web application development life cycle from concept to delivery and post-launch support
• Refactor, optimize and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale
• Interface with customer and internal teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with the design team for the mockups and wireframes
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize back-end data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support

• Use test driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality
• Interface with customer and internal teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
