_intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd._ in Surat, Gujarat, seeks an experienced ECM professional to lead end-to-end transaction lifecycle from mandate to listing for main board IPOs and follow-on fundraising.

You will drive drafting strategy for offer documents with emphasis on disclosure integrity and regulatory structuring, while liaising with SEBI and exchanges and coordinating legal, auditors, registrars, bankers and issuers to tight timelines.

Qualifikationen

• ECM execution across main board, QIP, preferential allotment and open offer.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI processes and disclosure requirements.
• Proven leadership, ownership, and ability to handle regulatory escalations.

Role requirements

strong SEBI process and documentation knowledge across main board, QIP, preferential allotment and open offer; open to travel to client locations; prior leadership experience in merchant banking preferred; high ownership, detail orientation, team handling and execution discipline; high maturity handling regulatory escalations.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ECM execution experience.
