Job summary

WinnerBrands in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Visual Design Lead to craft compelling web and communications assets that amplify the brand. You will partner with marketing, product, and sales to deliver designs that drive clarity, resonance, and measurable business value.

You will own the visual narrative across presentations, landing pages, social graphics, infographics, and email templates, while ensuring brand consistency across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience (B2B/Tech preferred).
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and/or Canva.
• Ability to operate within brand identity while adding fresh, creative energy.
• Detail-oriented, responsive & able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling presentations for sales + leadership teams
• Design landing pages aligned with brand guidelines and messaging goals
• Develop social media graphics, infographics & short-form content assets
• Build email templates for product marketing + nurture programs

About the role

As the Senior Visual Design Lead, you will develop compelling web, and communication assets that amplify the brand. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver impactful designs that drive clarity, resonance, and business value.

Visual & Communication Design

• Create visually compelling presentations for sales + leadership teams
• Design landing pages aligned with brand guidelines and messaging goals
• Develop social media graphics, infographics & short-form content assets
