JobItUs in Vadodara (GIDC) is seeking a Sr. Testing Engineer with 5+ years of transformer testing experience. The role focuses on QA design, performance testing, and rigorous reporting to management and clients.

Immediate joiner preferred, with a salary budget of 4.00–6.00 LPA and a strong emphasis on meeting industry standards. Candidate will lead QA test planning, perform full transformer tests up to 25 MVA, and collaborate with the design team to define testing parameters and procedures.

Job Description:

• Meeting with the designing team to determine product testing parameters
• Conducting quality assurance and designing performance tests using the testing procedures
• Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures
• Writing up the final QA and test procedures for the Quality technicians, provide technical support when needed
• Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards
• Preparing Test reports for management and clients

Candidate must have :

• Able to do full transformer testing up to 25 MVA
• Execute Power Transformers tests & check composition of test circuit as per check list with complete low voltage testing
• Temperature rise test and Applied voltage test
• Should have a knowledge of losses calculations
