Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Application Development Microsoft to lead a team delivering Microsoft technologies solutions, including .NET, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server, with a focus on architectural decisions, coding standards, and performance optimization.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while driving innovation and best practices in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Engineering/CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in design, development, and implementation of Microsoft technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Provide technical expertise in Microsoft technologies including .NET, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain coding standards, best practices, and documentation for Microsoft technology projects.
• Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for high-quality solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
