Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead for Application Development focusing on Microsoft technologies. You will lead a team of developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with business requirements using .NET, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and related services.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for engineering teams.
• Good understanding of architecture, governance and coding standards.
