Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in conducting needs assessments and gap analyses.
• Skill in instructional design of training and development content.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for training and development programs.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and act on HR metrics and KPIs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to enhance collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with talent management data measurement and reporting.
• Technical proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.
• Ability and desire to innovate to discover and implement AI for business process improvement.

Role Summary

The Program Manager, Talent Management supports various talent management initiatives, including Performance Management Process (PMP), Employee Engagement, Learning Management System administration, ERG operations, data measurement and oversight, and technical, operational, and logistical support of the Talent Management portfolio. This role involves collaborating with HR colleagues, business leaders, and other stakeholders to execute talent management strategies in alignment with organizational goals
