We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Retail TA team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for a variety of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
- To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business
- To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
- Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering as per agreed SLAs
- Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication
- Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
