Job summary
A prominent retail company in Faridabad District is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruiting process. You will source candidates through various channels, ensure a high manning capacity, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs. - Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels.
- Manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business.
- Ensure 95% manning capacity at all times.
- Build great partnerships with business understanding needs and SLAs.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews and follow-ups.
- Negotiate job offers and drive closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
- To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business
- To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
- Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering as per agreed SLAs
- Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication
- Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures
Minimum Qualifications
