Job summary

Dexcom Bengaluru is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex features and services. You will partner with product, design, quality, and platform teams to craft scalable solutions and mentor junior engineers through reviews and coaching.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience, strong web applications and distributed systems knowledge, and a proven record of delivering large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing and building modern web applications and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to independently deliver large features or projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.
• Experience operating production systems with meaningful uptime and reliability requirements.

Meet The Team

We're building a new engineering organization in Bengaluru to help scale Dexcom's HCP platforms, including Clarity-Dexcom's data analytics and reporting platform for CGM data that helps healthcare professionals and patients make better decisions.

What Makes You Successful

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, observability, and SRE practices.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-team initiatives.
