Job summary

Nomura Holdings, Inc. in Mumbai is seeking a Production Support specialist for the Wholesale Production Services team. You will provide L1/L2 support for allocated projects, handling batch, application and user support, incident and change management, and automation initiatives.

You will work to improve Operational Stability and efficiency while upholding equal opportunity commitments and compliant workplace policies across a global IT and risk management footprint.

Divisional Overview:

The Wholesale Production Services team partner with the Risk & Capital IT to deliver and maintain software solutions used by Risk Management division.

The business is spread across EMEA, US, Japan, AEJ, and emerging Markets like India, Brazil, and China. It deals in wide range of products / models including VaR, Stresses, FRTB, Inventory, CRM models, Limits, Credit Exposures, Stress testing, Back testing etc.

Business Overview:

The India Risk Production Services team is an integral part of the global team, which is spread across US, UK, Tokyo, Singapore, HK, India and China. It works in partnership with various regions to deliver technology support to Risk business across regions prioritized in Global Book of Work. This team serves key business functions such as Market and Credit Risk systems. .
