Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Student Visa Counselor at Global Colliance located in Ahmedabad. The Sr. Student Visa Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students interested in studying abroad. Key responsibilities include guiding students through application processes, assisting with visa applications, and providing information on educational opportunities across multiple countries.

• Counsel prospects about international colleges/universities and courses offered.
• Manage all related operations and perform multiple tasks relevant to students' overseas education processes.
• Provide quality education and vital counseling.
• Build relationships with sub-agents for overseas education.
• Function as the Head Process Counselor for assigned students and ensure proper services are rendered, guiding them through the entire student visa application process.
• Handle documentation related to admission and visa applications, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate data collection tasks and work with telecallers to manage leads and walk-ins, making follow-up calls as needed.
• Train and lead team members in managing students and counseling through the visa process.
• Provide professional guidance during counseling sessions about the visa process.
• Focus on sales aspects during counseling, considering all eligible criteria for candidates.
