Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - S&P - Procurement Ops to lead end-to-end procurement processes and strategic sourcing initiatives. You will liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliant, cost-effective purchasing aligned with business needs.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in procurement, supplier management, and contract governance, with experience in ERP tools and a drive for AI-enabled optimization. Office-based in India with standard day shifts.

Formación

• Bachelors degrees in business, engineering, logistics, or supply chain.
• Masters degree in operations management or related field is a plus.
• Experience with procurement systems and ERP tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full procurement cycle from requisition to PO and supplier delivery.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support strategic sourcing and negotiate terms for cost savings.
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and renewals.
• Ensure accurate PO creation and maintain records per policy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and relevant laws; mitigate risks.
• Facilitate vendor onboarding and due diligence; conduct supplier evaluations.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal to align procurement needs.
• Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis for decisions.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Job Description

1. Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order creation and supplier delivery. Ensure timely sourcing and procurement of goods and services in line with organizational requirements.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
3. Support strategic sourcing initiatives by identifying potential suppliers and negotiating terms to achieve cost savings. Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to drive procurement decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate spend and optimize procurement strategies.
4. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts and agreements. Ensure contract compliance and renewals in coordination with legal teams.
5. Ensure accurate and timely creation and tracking of purchase orders. Maintain procurement records and documentation as per company policies and audit requirements.
6. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant laws and regulations. Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
7. Facilitate vendor onboarding and due diligence processes. Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess compliance and performance.
8. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, legal) to align procurement activities with business needs. Act as a liaison between business units and suppliers to facilitate smooth procurement processes.
9. Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis to support decision-making. Monitor key procurement metrics and track cost-saving initiatives.
10. Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and systems. Support implementation of procurement automation tools and digital solutions.
