Job summary

Blue Yonder, a leader in AI-driven supply chain solutions, seeks a Generative AI Specialist with 5-7 years of experience to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents using LLMs and related tools. You will implement scalable Python-based services and build intuitive UIs with React/TypeScript, while applying MLOps best practices.

Responsibilities include architectural design, model fine-tuning, embeddings, and cost optimization across scalable enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech with 5-7 years of software development experience in large enterprise applications.
• Experience in building AI applications/tools, data engineering, and LLMs with AI agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph.
• Clouden platform experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Scope:

Generative AI Specialist with 5-7 years’ experience in AI/ML engineering, data processing and LLM Models. In this role, you will design, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) and complementary tools. A solid grounding in AI Engineering and MLOps is essential. Our current technical environment: Advanced Python and SQL programming. React/TypeScript/Next.js (javascript frameworks) Knowledge for building intuitive user interfaces. Demonstrated expertise in integrating AI solutions into large-scale, complex systems with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Architect and develop sophisticated AI agents leveraging LLMs and other Generative AI technologies to automate and optimize supply chain processes.
• Fine-tune and adapt LLMs for specific industry use cases, including instruction tuning, embeddings, and vector database integration.
• Demonstrates good understanding of the product and owns one or more modules.
• Write efficient, clean, and production-ready Python code in accordance with best practices and organizational guidelines.
• Build user-friendly, scalable UIs with React and TypeScript to enhance AI-driven tools.
• Implement robust testing and automated pipelines to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.
• Lead efforts to minimize infrastructure costs and optimize system performance for AI-driven applications.

What we are looking for:

• BE/B. Tech or ME/M. Tech with 5-7 years of experience in Software Development of large and complex enterprise applications.
• Professional experience in python, built or worked on AI applications/tools, integrations and data engineering, knowledge on LLMs with a strong focus on AI agentic workflows.
• Experience in building and deploying AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, embeddings, and instruction tuning.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid background in traditional AI methodologies (e.g., classical machine learning, rule-based systems) to complement emerging agent-based solutions.
• Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.
• Ability to do R&D in latest developments in AI especially pertaining to new models or platforms being launched.
• Participates in company technical evaluations and coding challenges.
