Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with Microsoft Fabric expertise to design and implement data pipelines and cloud solutions.

You will work across Azure Databricks, Synapse, and SQL ecosystems to deliver scalable data workflows. The role focuses on building pipelines, orchestrating data migrations from on-prem to Azure, and collaborating with global teams to translate client requirements into robust data architectures.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience with Microsoft Fabric and cloud data engineering.
• Experience creating pipelines, dataflows and monitoring pipelines.
• Proficiency with Azure Databricks and SQL scripting.
• Experience migrating data to Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.

Responsibilities

• Create pipelines, datasets, dataflows, integration runtimes and monitor runs
• Extract, transform and load data from source systems and process in Azure Databricks
• Prepare DB design documents based on client requirements
• Work with development team to design database structures and queries
• Migrate data from Gen2 to Azure SQL using Synapse pipelines
• Migrate on-prem SQL to Azure Dev Environment using DMS and Data Migration Assistant
• Lift and Shift of development server to production
• Data migration pipelines to migrate on-prem SQL data to Azure SQL and Cosmos DB

• Create Pipelines, datasets, dataflows, Integration runtimes and monitoring Pipelines and trigger runs
• Extract Transformation and Load Data from source system and processing the data in Azure Databricks
• Prepare DB Design Documents for the user story based on the client requirement
• Work with the development team to create database structure, queries and used triggers
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Cloud solutions, i.e., Designing, Developing, and Testing Technologies
• Create SQL scripts to perform complex queries
• Create Synapse pipelines to migrate data from Gen2 to Azure SQL
• Database migration from on-prem SQL server to Azure Dev Environment by using Azure DMS and Data Migration Assistant
• Lift and Shift of the Development Server to Production Server
