Job summary

Flexi Careers India is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a new energetic team delivering innovative products in Gurugram. You will work with Open-source technologies and automated pipelines to deploy scalable applications.

You will provision cloud resources on AWS, implement CI/CD practices, and collaborate with SRE and Cloud COE teams to ensure security, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related engineering field with experience in software development.
• 4-7 years of experience developing customer-facing products or web applications.
• Expert skills in AWS, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise with Terraform or IaC.
• Expertise in Python, Groovy and similar frameworks.
• Exposure to GitOps using Argo, Helm or similar tools.
• Basic exposure to Canary, Blue/Green, AB deployment strategy and implement it.
• Built solutions for high performance and cost optimization.
• Exposure to frontend solution packaging is a plus.
• Strong experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Managing services in AWS like EKS, API gateway, CloudFront, Serverless like Lambda, RDS, EMR etc.
• Implement HA and DR strategies.
• Work closely with Cloud COE, AppOps and observability (SRE) teams.
• Follow standards, build appropriate tests and deployment scripts.
• Continuously problem-solve to create secure and simple solutions.
• Create a robust Production environment for massive scalability and high performance.
• Bring to life complex cloud implementations.
