Job summary

Kynatech Systems in Bengaluru (JP Nagar) is seeking a Senior C++ Developer to join our hybrid team. The role requires deep C++ expertise, strong OO design, and hands-on Linux development, with an overlap to US engineering hours.

You will work with CMake, Conan, Git/Bitbucket, Docker/Kubernetes, Jira/Confluence in SAFe Agile env, focusing on multi-module systems and robust networking. Hybrid model with 34 days onsite and some remote.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C++ expertise with OO and component-oriented design.
• Hands-on with C++17/20 in Linux (Ubuntu).
• Proficient with CMake and Conan.

Role: Senior C++ Developer

Location: Bengaluru (JP Nagar), Karnataka

Note: We are looking for candidates who are currently based in Bengaluru

Work Model

• Hybrid (34 days from office, 1–2 days remote)
• Monday to Friday
• Indian holidays observed

Work Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST

This schedule ensures overlap with our US-based engineering team until 12:00 Noon ET.

Telecom experience is good to have.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming expertise in C++ with solid object-oriented and component-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience with C++17 and C++20 standards.
• Strong experience developing and debugging applications in a Linux (Ubuntu) environment.
• Proficiency with CMake build system and Conan package management.
• Experience with Git and Bitbucket for source control.
• Experience managing or contributing to multi-module systems
• Familiarity with software configuration management, defect tracking tools, and peer review processes.
• Experience developing multi-threaded applications.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, UDP, socket programming, and IPv6.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum (SAFe) environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.

Good to Have:

• Golang experience.
