• Design and develop customized communication solutions on the Salesforce Communication Cloud platform.

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions including Vlocity components such as OmniScript DataRaptor and Integration Procedures.
• Test and troubleshoot communication solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
