Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their Revenue Operations team in Mumbai. This critical role involves configuring and enhancing PitchBook’s Salesforce platform, ensuring efficient processes that support Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Salesforce configuration. The position requires office presence 5 days a week, contributing to a hybrid work environment.
Revenue Operations plays a critical role in ensuring financial success by improving the platforms, operations, and systems supporting our go‑to‑market teams. This team partners with Marketing, Sales, CustomerSuccess and Finance to deliver scalable and efficient processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to revenue recognition. The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a key individual contributor on the Mumbai Revenue Operations team, responsible for configuring, maintaining and continuously improving PitchBook’s Salesforce platform. The role operates as an extension of the U.S.–based Salesforce Administration team, executing on platform priorities and standards set by global RevOps leadership while collaborating closely with U.S. and EMEA counterparts.
The job is performed in a standard office setting. Employees use PC and phone on an ongoing basis throughout the day. The position requires office presence 5 days a week, with limited corporate travel to remote offices or business meetings and events. Morningstar’s hybrid work environment allows collaboration in‑person each week; most locations operate on a four‑day in‑office schedule.
