Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic technology transformation across global Infrastructure & Operations. You will partner with engineers, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud, data center, network, and enterprise technology modernization programs, enabling growth and transformation.

The role requires 8–12 years of PM experience, PMP certification, and strong stakeholder management with a focus on financials and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active PMP Certification required.
• 8–12 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• 3–4 years of Senior Project Management or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technology transformation initiatives across Solventum's I&O organization.
• Partner with engineers, architects, cybersecurity, and stakeholders to deliver complex programs.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and governance for successful execution.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic technology transformation initiatives across Solventum's global Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization. You will partner with engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams, operations leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver complex infrastructure, cloud, network, and technology modernization programs that enable business growth and transformation.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead Infrastructure Transformation Programs
• Lead medium-to-large scale Infrastructure & Operations projects and programs with moderate to significant business impact.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across cloud, infrastructure, network, data center, end-user services, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology domains.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of technology transformation initiatives including: Data center to cloud migrations, Infrastructure modernization programs, Technology consolidation initiatives, Enterprise transformation projects, Mergers & Acquisitions technology integrations, Manufacturing site and office technology deployments.
• Develop project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and governance mechanisms to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate project planning sessions and provide recommendations on scope, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery approaches.
• Partner Across Infrastructure & Operations Domains: Collaborate with leaders and teams across End User Services, Platform Services, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, Network & Telecommunications, Service Management, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture to deliver business outcomes while balancing technical, operational, financial, and organizational considerations.
• Drive Governance and Delivery Excellence: Establish and execute project governance, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans; lead project risk, issue, dependency, and change management activities; ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards, security requirements, operational readiness expectations, and compliance obligations; champion the consistent application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Author and maintain project documentation including project charters, status reports, executive dashboards, steering committee materials, and post-implementation reviews.
• Manage Project Financials: Develop budget forecasts and financial plans for assigned initiatives; manage project budgets, resource allocations, vendor engagements, and financial reporting; drive accountability for project performance, financial outcomes, and benefit realization.
• Lead Through Influence: Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority; build strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive sponsors; provide coaching, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members and project managers; facilitate executive-level communication and decision-making to support successful project outcomes.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 8-12 years of Project or Program Management experience
• Active PMP Certification

• Strong Infrastructure & Operations experience across one or more of the following domains: Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS or equivalent), Data Centers, Networks & Telecommunications, End User Computing, Platform & Server Infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations, Enterprise Technology Services
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technology transformation, migration, or modernization programs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across technical and business functions
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships
