Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PMO or PMO roles.
• Experience driving and coordinating program meetings.
• Ability to prepare executive and project presentations.
• Experience managing PMO activities and governance.
• Support for onsite Program Managers during rollout.
• Experience with invoicing, PO creation, and budget governance.

• Validates requirements within the scope of the contract
• Support the Delivery head with the documentation of the statement of work, schedule document,financial documents, and requirements documents for contract actions
• Validate and support invoice-related activities
• Monitors the execution of requirements under the contract
• Person should have experience in Invoicing, PO creation, governing utilization of respective POs against the budget approved

Should be proficient in MS Excel.
