About The Position

Jaipur , Udaipur. Salary: INR 4 LPA to 6 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

BharatCares is seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Project Associate- CSR & Livelihoods. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in employability, livelihoods, and entrepreneurship programs. The role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Program Implementation: Assist in design, implementation, and monitoring of livelihoods and entrepreneurship programs; ensure programs delivered on time, within scope and budget; coordinate with stakeholders including beneficiaries, partners, donors.
• Training and Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions and workshops; develop training materials and curricula in line with program objectives.
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records; prepare and submit regular reports on progress and outcomes; analyze data to assess impact and identify improvement areas.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders; represent BharatCares at meetings, events, conferences related to livelihoods and entrepreneurship.
• Travel: Travel to program locations as required for implementation, monitoring, stakeholder engagement.

Mandatory Qualifications And Experience
