Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a project engineering leader to drive P&L for assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires visiting customer sites, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and managing subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

You will work with site leads to forecast accurately, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards, while coordinating with internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ E&TC/ Instrumentation Engineering.
• Hyper scale Data center experience and data center familiarity.
• Advanced Network / PC certification.
• Proven track record in delivering technology-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to coordinate day-to-day activities per milestone schedule.
• Lead pool of site leads and project engineers to deliver on time and within cost.
• Coordinate design and Engg for Rev conversion.
• Subcontract management for smooth daily operations and vendor compliance with customer HSE.
• Forecasting (monthly/quarterly) with accuracy for on-time delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

Prime responsibility to drive P&L of Project assigned and customer satisfaction with 100%.

Core Activities

• Visit customer sites to perform day to day activity coordination as per milestone schedule.
• Need to have data center experience to work on fire alarms, access control, CCTV, building management with Cx languages.
• Need to have close coordination with internal stake holders and commissioning of projects.
• Monthly, Qtr forecast with 100% accurate for the projects to be delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Solve technical issues with daily/weekly review and suggest cost-effective solutions.
• Need to lead the pool of site leads and Project engg to get most to deliver the project on time and cost.
• Subcon management for smooth daily operation at site & vendor management for statutory compliance with customer HSE.
• Need to have problem solving behavior with innovative ideas to foster team and customer for best results.
• Coordinate Design and Engg team for close Rev conversion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering.
• Knowledge of FAS, Access Control System, PAS, CCTV, BMS, with their integration requirements
• Hyper scale Data center experience
• Advanced Network / PC certification
• Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions
• Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects
• Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment
