Amazon Bangalore seeks a Sr. Program Manager in CMT to lead a portfolio spanning crawling, data mining and large-scale distributed systems, driving initiatives that keep our price competitive across millions of products.

As a member of the CMT team, you'll play a key role in the evolution of our Competitive Monitoring systems to solve the world's most complex technical challenges in Crawling, Large-scale computing, Distributed systems, Web applications, Data mining, Scalability, Security, and Algorithms to name a few.

A successful candidate will have an established background in driving a complex program portfolio with considerable impact, program management, problem solving and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels. Key job responsibilities

• Experience of managing complex business processes at scale.

• Good on communication and influencing skills with an ability to deal with a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
