Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of multiple projects across various initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the initiative, representing leadership and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports, manage program pipelines, and coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and manage demand tracking through Excel sheets, including pivot tables and reporting dashboards.
- Create and present program updates and strategic insights via PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate effectively across global teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
- Support US-based teams with required time zone overlap (until 1:30 PM CST).
- Foster a positive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on long-term engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency inExcel (including pivot tables)andPowerPoint.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to understand technology concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams (though not managing tech projects directly).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across diverse teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in cloud operations or enterprise program management is a plus.
- Familiarity with global delivery models and working with US-based teams.
- Experience in managing relationships in new engagements or client-facing roles.
