Job summary

Tungsten Automation Corporation seeks a Sr. Professional Services Consultant to lead Oracle-focused implementations for our end users and partners. You will configure Tungsten Automation products, write design documents, and guide projects from requirements to delivery on client sites.

Responsibilities include designing Oracle-based solutions for FPA, defining best practices for invoice processes, and ensuring timely project milestones and quality. Travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
• 5+ years techno-functional experience in EBS Financial suite and Oracle EBS R12.
• Excellent communication, strong organization, high attention to detail.
• Hands-on advanced PL/SQL.
• Ability to collect/document business/technical requirements and process flows.
• Consultative communications style, effective listener.
• Strong presentation and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tungsten Automation solutions based on requirements document.
• Provide technical leadership on Tungsten Automation solutions at client site.
• Work with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Act as subject matter expert on customer sites and in documentation.
• Install Tungsten Automation configuration on customer hardware including HA/DR.
• Assess, design, and implement Oracle solutions for FPA.
• Help define best-practice processes for invoice handling and related workflows.
• Write functional/technical design documents and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor progress and report milestones for customer and internal projects.
• Perform product configuration and assist in test plan development.
• Test customized solutions before delivery and troubleshoot issues.
• Document solutions for customer delivery and support staff.
• Contribute to consulting services development and internal processes.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Sr. Professional Services Consultant - Oracle

The Sr. Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Tungsten Automation products.

• The Sr. Professional Services Consultant must be able to:
• Deliver Tungsten Automation solutions to customer based on requirements document
• Provide technical leadership to customer on Tungsten Automation solutions as configured to the customer’s requirements
• Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Function as the Tungsten Automation subject matter expert when onsite at the customer’s location
• Work independently in developing a solution per the customer’s requirements
• Document all customer‑specific configurations
• Install Tungsten Automation configuration on the customer’s hardware; includes installation of Tungsten Automation in a highly available configuration and disaster recovery
• Assess requirements, design, and implement Tungsten Automation Oracle solutions for FPA
• Assist customers in defining best practice processes for invoice handling and associated processes
• Write functional and technical design documents
• Define acceptance criteria and gain acceptance for completed projects in a timely fashion
• Monitor and report progress against objectives and milestones for customer and internal projects
• Perform product configuration
• Assist the customer in the development of test plans
• Test customized, configured solution before delivery to customer
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems during project.
• Document the customer’s solution for delivery to the customer and for the Support Department.
• Take active part in the development of the Consulting Services department, the project model, and internal processes and procedures.

Required Skills

• JBOSS/Wildfly, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms experience

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related specialization.
• 5+ Years of techno‑functional experience in EBS Financial suite (AP, AR, FA, GL, PO, Oracle Costing) and Oracle EBS R12
• Must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and a high degree of attention to detail.
