Overview

Senior Technical Consultant Financial Planning & Profitability (BFSI Domain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end implementations for banking and financial services clients in areas of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Cost Allocation, NII, P&L, and Budgeting.
• Drive internal development initiatives on proprietary platforms including FCP and planning applications; build forecasting models and profitability logic.
• Design and deliver product demos for BFSI clients globally, articulating technical solutions in a business-first manner.
• Develop features using Python and Revolutio (a proprietary no-code platform); test GUI flow and ensure functional accuracy.
• Create detailed documentation (BRDs, FSDs, user guides) and mentor junior team members in technical and business solution areas.

Qualifications

• 25 years of relevant experience in budgeting, planning, FTP, or profitability for banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies.
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Professional certifications such as CFA / CA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Strong command over Python and experience working with accounting or financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; experience in India/Europe/APAC/US is a plus.
