Job summary

Cohere Health in Hyderabad seeks a Sr Product Designer to own end-to-end product experiences in complex healthcare workflows. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, research, data, and operations, using AI-powered tools to accelerate research and prototypes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software product design with ownership of end-to-end product experiences.
• Experience designing enterprise digital products (healthcare, fintech, analytics, or similarly complex domains) is a plus.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional agile teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Research, QA).
• Experience contributing to or working within an established design system.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Material Design, React, HTML/CSS, Design Tokens) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Fluency with AI-powered design and development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, or similar).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong problem framing, user-centered design process, visual craft, interaction design, and measurable product impact.
• Clear, concise English communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to designers, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong conceptual thinking balancing user needs, product strategy, business goals, engineering constraints, and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas—from framing problems through polished delivery and iteration.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that communicate ideas and validate solutions.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data teams, and operations throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually polished experiences for complex enterprise healthcare workflows.
• Contribute to our design system by using shared components, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and helping maintain consistency across products.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, accessible, and implemented with high quality.
• Participate in design critiques, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback that elevates the work across the team.
• Use AI tools to accelerate design research, generate concepts, connect Figma designs with front-end implementation where appropriate, and rapidly prototype ideas.

What You Will Do
