Location

This position will be based in Bangalore or Mumbai, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders across the organization to understand business problems.
• Code development & maintenance (70%), architecture & technical design (20%), strategic planning & technical vision (10%).
• Evaluate business problems and propose AI/ML based solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design detailed solutions and guide development of necessary data infrastructure.
• Execute proposed solutions with a team of data scientists.

This is an individual contributor role, where you’ll leverage your expertise to drive AI/ML initiatives as a subject‑matter expert.

Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in analytics, data science, and machine learning.
• Experience as a business analyst / technical consultant in data science solutions (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience developing, validating, and implementing ML models.
• Proficiency with Python for data handling, algorithm development, and model building.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based environments (preferred – AWS).
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and a matrix organization.
