Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Experience with configuration management tools.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD and deployment best practices.
• Strong Bash, Python, or Go scripting.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
• Networking, security, and Linux administration.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Principal DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure for our next-generation products.

The role drives DevOps activities across the engineering organization, with a strong focus on automation, CI/CD optimization, infrastructure as code, and the use of modern AI tools to improve development efficiency, reliability, and the software delivery lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and quality
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high uptime and reliability
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Collaborate with software engineers to understand and support their infrastructure needs
• Define and enforce best practices for DevOps, infrastructure as code, security, and observability
• Lead AI initiatives within the engineering group by leveraging AI-driven tools and integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline to enhance code quality and optimize the software development lifecycle

What you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with configuration management tools.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Proficiency with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and Linux system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Experience with zero-downtime deployments, blue-green deployments, and canary releases.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with code quality analysis tools such as linters and static analysis tools.
• Strong Git skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
• Team player with a service-oriented attitude and the ability to learn quickly and independently.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
