Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role, preferably managing engineering teams of 12+ people.
• Deep understanding of platforms and tech stacks such as Kafka, distributed systems, relational databases.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, SCALA, GoLang.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Manager to join our Gracenote Tech team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for Engineering Leadership, Technology, Solving AI led Engineering problems, People Management Skills Engineering Operational Excellence.

As a Senior Software Manager

• You will own a Functional area comprising multiple tech components.
• Drive Technical roadmap focusing more on platformisation, generic components and own tech metrics like product reliability, performance and availability.
• Familiar with academic research, industry trends and standards.
• Mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem solving to development of best practices.
• Has a strong impact on Engineering hiring and improves hiring culture within team
• Accountable for Onboarding team members
• Communicates with stakeholders in an effective and timely fashion.
• Accountable for timely deliverables with high quality

Qualifications
