Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Manager - Business Finance to drive financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis across complex business units. You will partner with senior leaders to optimize financial outcomes and ensure policy compliance in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will mentor finance managers and analysts, lead cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to Genpact's transformation through AI-enabled finance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Masters in Finance or equivalent.
• Certifications CFA/CFP/CMA/CPA/CFI preferred.
• Experience in finance leadership, budgeting and forecasting.
