Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in automotive manufacturing or EPC projects.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience leading electrical infrastructure planning, commissioning and TPM/safety compliance.
• Strong coordination with manufacturing, quality, civil and mechanical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and commissioning of electrical infrastructure for press and body shops.
• Ensure readiness for equipment installation, trials, commissioning and SOP.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Civil and Mechanical teams.
• Manage contractors and vendors to meet quality, cost, delivery and safety targets.
• Drive HT/LT system, MCCs, PCCs, transformers and power networks commissioning.
• Support automation, robotics, welding lines, and conveyor utilities.
• Establish TPM and maintenance systems post-SOP.
• Monitor power consumption, asset performance and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and environmental regulations.
• Support future capacity expansion and infrastructure enhancement projects.

Purpose of the role:
