Job summary

onsemi in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Member of Technical Staff for Applications Management to drive integration of multiple onsemi technologies into complete systems and develop reference designs and documentation for customers.

You will manage schematics/layouts, create application notes and manuals, and collaborate with marketing to support roadmaps and new product ideas, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in an applications engineering role.
• 8+ years in applications engineering management.
• Experience in product development, software, and business development.
• Experience with MCU-based projects.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Broad skills across PCB, hardware and software engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

• Create 'customer ready' solutions.
• Optimize onsemi content in customer systems.
• Showcase onsemi technology and breadth of portfolio.
