About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineerwho can turn complex business challenges into practical, scalablesolutions.

This role requires strong problem-solving ability across theAI and machine learning landscape. Depending on the problem, the right solutionmay involve predictive machine learning, Generative AI, computer vision,statistical methods, optimization, or a combination of approaches.

You will work closely with engineering, product, andconstruction-domain teams to take solutions from problem definition andexperimentation through production deployment and measurable businessimpact.

What You’ll Do

• Understandbusiness problems, identify root causes, and define measurable successcriteria.
• Selectthe right technical approach based on the problem—not a preferredtechnology.
• Buildend-to-end AI and ML solutions, from data exploration and experimentationto deployment and monitoring.
• Developsolutions using classical machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, computervision, forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization, asrelevant.
• Buildreliable production systems, APIs, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks,and monitoring capabilities.
• Evaluatesolutions against business outcomes, model performance, reliability,latency, scalability, and cost.
• Collaboratewith software engineers, data engineers, product teams, and domainexperts.
• Providetechnical direction, review implementations, and mentor teammembers.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+years of experience building machine learning, AI, data science, orintelligent software solutions.
• Provenexperience solving ambiguous, real-world problems and delivering solutionsinto production.
• Strongprogramming and software engineering skills, particularly in Python.
• Solidfoundation in machine learning, statistics, experimentation, and modelevaluation.
• Experienceacross multiple areas such as predictive ML, Generative AI, NLP, computervision, forecasting, or optimization.
• Hands-onexperience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, orTensorFlow.
• Experiencebuilding production ML pipelines, APIs, containerized services, andcloud-based solutions.
• StrongSQL and data analysis skills.
• Practicalunderstanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, guardrails, and theirappropriate use cases.
• Abilityto explain technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical andbusiness stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiencewith Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• Experienceworking with structured, unstructured, visual, time-series, or multimodaldata.
• Exposureconstruction, engineering, manufacturing, or other operationally complexindustries.
• Experiencementoring engineers or leading technical solution design.
