Minimum Qualifications

• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG‑based (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) solutions to enhance LLM capabilities.
• Develop and optimize LLM fine‑tuning strategies for domain‑specific adaptation (e.g., Wireless/5G).
• Build and maintain agentic workflows for autonomous, multi‑step AI systems.
• Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure and iterate on model performance.
• Implement advanced models and autonomous workflows that power our agentic applications.
• Focus areas: RAG, Model Fine‑tuning, and Agentic Workflows.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-8 years in AI/Machine Learning engineering.
• Technical Stack: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Vector Databases (Milvus, Pinecone, etc.).
• AI Specialization: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers. Knowledge of prompt engineering and Reinforcement Learning is highly valued.
• Education: Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering; Masters with ML specialization preferred.
