• Daily use of AI coding tools and ability to guide tool adoption.

We're hiring a Sr. /Lead. NET Engineer to set the technical bar for our backend in Hyderabad. This is a hands‑on role with real architectural influence: you'll shape how we build secure, high-performance services, keep our technology current, and make AI part of how the team designs, builds, tests, and operates software. You'll work with Product, Design, and QA as an equal partner, and the call on how to build it is yours.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture and delivery of backend services on modern. NET (8 and above), from design through production monitoring.
• Performance and scalability of core services, and keeping the stack current on the latest NET, Azure, and tooling releases.
• An AI-native engineering practice: agentic coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor in design, code, testing, and incident analysis, plus AI-powered product features.
• Engineering quality: secure coding, performance, observability, and reliability, with blameless post‑mortems that lead to real fixes.
• CI/CD on Azure DevOps with security and SOC 2 ▌ PCI controls built into the pipeline, not bolted on after.
• Growing engineers through design reviews, pairing, and honest feedback, so the whole team ships better.

Requirements:

• 8+ years building production backends in . NET, with recent hands‑on depth in . NET 8 or higher and C#.
• Strong Azure experience: App Service/AKS, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps, with MS SQL Server and Cosmos DB as primary data stores.
• Track record designing microservices, REST APIs, and event‑driven systems that scale, with sound API security (OAuth2/OIDC, secrets, least privilege).
• Experience in regulated or payment‑adjacent environments, with working knowledge of SOC 2 and PCI controls.
• Daily use of AI coding tools, plus a point of view on where they help, where they fail, and how to keep quality high.
• Clear communicator who has led technical projects and made others around them better.
• A plus: Docker and Kubernetes, LLM/agent integration, Angular or modern frontend, and logistics or fintech domain experience.
