Job summary

Birlasoft, a global leader at the forefront of Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, is seeking an experienced SAP Costing lead Consultant to drive SAP CO solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support across multiple costing domains.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a graduate degree, and readiness to work across Noida, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, coordinating with Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Educational background – Any Graduate.
• Experience – 10+ years.
• Lead SAP CO solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across multiple costing domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP CO solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and support key SAP CO modules, including: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (Actual & Standard Costing), Cost Object Controlling, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Planning, Budgeting, and Allocations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to optimize costing and controlling processes.
• Design and execute period-end closing activities, cost allocations, settlements, and variance analysis.
• Work closely with ABAP, Basis, and other functional teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and validate technical deliverables.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide production support and resolve complex business and system issues.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational governance standards
