Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, Cloud Services, CI/CD, Automation Testing, and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, designing scalable applications, mentoring the team, and ensuring quality delivery.Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Full Stack applications.
Develop scalable and robust Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices with frontend applications.
Work with SQL databases, including query development, optimization, and data handling.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using cloud and DevOps services.
Work with Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Establish and maintain automation testing frameworks and ensure adequate test coverage.
Collaborate with QA teams on functional, integration, regression, and automation testing.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Mentor junior and senior developers and provide technical guidance.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
