Job summary

TransUnion in Bengaluru is seeking a senior software engineer to design and build enterprise-scale platforms. You will work with AI/ML concepts and deploy AI-powered solutions in production, collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, data and security.

You should have 5+ years of experience, strong cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hands-on expertise in Java, Python or similar languages, along with microservices, APIs, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including developing enterprise-scale applications or platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI concepts, with willingness to build and deploy AI-powered solutions in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, APIs, and event-driven platforms.
• Software development proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, Go, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within technical teams.
• Willingness to learn and work in regulated, security-conscious, and data-intensive environments.

• Experience contributing to AI platforms, developer tools, internal AI assistants, or AI governance solutions.
