Job summary

HERE Technologies, a location data and technology platform company, seeks a Senior Internal Auditor based in Navi Mumbai, India. You will deliver the internal audit plan, partner with stakeholders across HERE's global operations, and lead audits, walkthroughs, testing, and reporting to strengthen our control environment.

You will work with the Senior Manager and Head of Internal Audit to drive high-quality audit outcomes and continuous improvement across functions and regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant internal audit experience.
• Solid understanding of risk management, internal controls, and governance.
• Experience in Financial, Operative and/or Compliance audits.

Internal Audit at HERE is a small, collaborative, and forward‑looking team that supports the business in operating with clarity, confidence, and strong governance. The team works across functions and regions, providing independent, practical insights that strengthen controls, enhance efficiency, and support HERE’s strategic priorities.

Senior Internal Auditor,

• You will play an important role in delivering the internal audit plan and helping the organization navigate risks and opportunities in a dynamic business environment.
• You'll partner with stakeholders across the company, gaining broad exposure to HERE's global operations while contributing to a strong and adaptable control environment.
• Working closely with the Senior Manager of Internal Audit and the Head of Internal Audit, you'll lead and execute audits, conduct process walkthroughs, perform audit testing, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, and contribute to audit reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Your work will help drive high-quality audit outcomes and support the organization's commitment to strong governance and operational excellence.

Qualification:

• Candidates with minimum 5 years of relevant experience is must.
• An experienced internal audit professional with a solid understanding of risk management, internal controls, and governance
• Experience in Financial, Operative and/or Compliance audits.
• Comfortable leading audit activities independently while collaborating closely with audit leadership
• Able to work across multiple functions, regions, and cultures in a global organization
• Skilled at conducting walkthroughs, testing controls, and evaluating design and operating effectiveness
• Confident communicating audit findings clearly and constructively to stakeholders
• Analytical and detail‑oriented, with the ability to translate data into practical insights
• Comfortable maintaining independence while building trusted partnerships across the business
• Motivated by continuous improvement and contributing to a strong control environment
