Job summary

Syneos Health in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead HR projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and objectives.

You will establish governance, develop plans, manage cross-functional and global teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and promote PMO standards. PMP is preferred; you will coordinate across workstreams and support portfolio planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management and/or HR experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working in matrixed and global environments preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Title : Senior HR Project Manager Experience - 3-5 Years

• Lead HR projects and programs from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives.
• Establish project governance, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures.
• Lead cross-functional and global project teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and resolve project roadblocks.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and communications plans.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify, escalation, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Provide updates and recommendations to project sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups to ensure successful execution.
• Promote adoption of PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and reporting activities as needed.

Additional Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management and/or HR experience leading projects and programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working in matrixed and global environments preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and changing environment
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams
• PMP certification preferred.
