Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a brand steward, elevating our visual identity across all platforms. You will not only execute high-quality design work but also provide creative direction, mentor junior team members, and ensure that every visual asset aligns with our overarching business goals.

Requirements

Experience:3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred).

Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, or motion design software is a significant plus.

Design Thinking: Ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions and present work effectively to stakeholders.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex workflows, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable collaborating across departments.
