A technology firm in Goa is seeking a Sr Gen AI & Full Stack Solutions Engineer to drive intelligent system development using Generative AI frameworks. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of software development experience, preferably in AI projects, alongside expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. • Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Sr Gen AI & Full Stack Solutions Engineer to build scalable, intelligent systems by combining full stack expertise with Generative AI innovation, leading solution design, and guiding the development team to excellence.

Responsibilities

• AI Integration: Design and build AI-driven applications using Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Full Stack Solutions: Develop robust web solutions using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, with strong architectural clarity.
• System Design: Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems integrating AI and data-driven logic.
• Innovation & Research: Explore new AI tools and frameworks, proposing strategic adoption aligned with business goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, and Design) to deliver seamless solutions.
• Leadership: perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices are followed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, including architectural-level understanding.
• Experience with Generative AI APIs (at least OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, etc.) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or automation systems.
