Job summary

Motivity Labs is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and secure application development. You will design and build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications while driving best practices in UI architecture, security, testing, and cloud delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software-development experience.
• 3+ years React.js and TypeScript experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, and microservices.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SSO, RBAC, and secure session management.
• Good understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure software-development practices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, technical-leadership, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build reusable UI components, custom Hooks, design systems, and scalable front-end architecture.
• Implement state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or TanStack Query.
• Develop Java and Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PKCE.
• Apply OWASP Top 10, API security, secure coding, input validation, CSP, CORS, CSRF, and XSS prevention practices.
• Improve UI performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching, bundle optimization, and Core Web Vitals monitoring.
• Ensure accessibility aligned with WCAG standards.
• Write unit, integration, API, component, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and production support.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering standards and reusable design patterns.
