We're looking for a Senior Full-stack Developer with 5+ years of experience. The role centers on front-end engineering with React, backed by solid Java and Spring Boot experience. You'll design and build scalable, accessible, high-performance user interfaces and the services behind them. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, architects, and QA to deliver features end-to-end. You'll also own technical decisions within your area, review code, and mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Architect reusable component libraries and front-end patterns that the wider team can adopt.
• Own front-end design decisions, including state management, application structure, and API integration strategy.
• Turn design mockups into responsive, accessible, high-quality interfaces.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend REST services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with relational databases, including writing and optimizing queries and designing data models.
• Drive front-end performance, security, accessibility, and reliability improvements.
• Write and promote strong automated testing practices across front-end and backend code.
• Lead code reviews, contribute to technical design discussions, and raise engineering standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their growth.
• Take ownership of features and modules from design through release and production support.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the front end and backend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and help with estimation and planning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep, hands-on experience building production applications with React, including:
• Modern React patterns (hooks, component composition, and state management).
• Performance optimization and debugging in large applications.
• Consuming and integrating REST APIs reliably.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Strong HTML5 and CSS3, with experience building responsive, accessible interfaces and using a UI library or design system.
• Solid experience developing backend applications with Java and Spring Boot, including designing REST APIs.
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization concepts and web security fundamentals.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to make sound design decisions and explain trade-offs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring other developers.
