Job summary

UPS in India is seeking an experienced software professional to design and build scalable microservices using Angular, .NET Core, C#, Azure, and containers. You will drive end-to-end development, from systems analysis to production support, in a SAFe/Lean environment.

The role requires 8+ years of total software experience, strong REST and WebSocket APIs, CI/CD, L2/L3 incidents, and mentoring junior developers. Excellent English communication and proactive ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree with good academic record.
• Strong experience in Angular, .NET Core and C# for enterprise apps.
• Experience with REST and WebSocket APIs; microservices architecture.
• Proven experience building secure, scalable, containerized apps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualification

Required

• BE/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent degree with good academic record

Desired

• Azure Cloud developer certification would be a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of total software development experience
• Have worked in Product development,
• Good knowledge on Lean Agile / SAFe ways of working.
• Have developed solution from scratch not just enhancements.
• Strong experience using design patterns.
• Have experience of unit test frameworks.
• Good knowledge on Integration patterns
• Good background in either creating or Maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience handling L2 / L3 incidents
• Strong experience is developing REST based and WebSocket APIs, as true microservices.
• Have experience of varied unit test frameworks.
• Demonstratable record of building secure and highly available applications.
• Have previously worked on container-based hosting of applications
