Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Corporate organization.

You will drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics for the ISC Corporate Functional P&L, partnering with finance and functional leaders across Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, Planning, Transformation, and ISC Leadership. You will execute budgeting cycles, forecasts, strategic planning, and month-end close while ensuring accuracy,

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Controllership.
• Hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support finance business partnering for ISC Corporate Functions by providing timely planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support across a global functional organization.
• Execute AOP, Forecast, Strategic Plan, and Month-End Close activities for the ISC Corporate Functional P&L, ensuring accurate submissions, reconciliations, and performance visibility.
• Partner with finance and functional stakeholders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and productivity actions that improve business performance.
• Develop actionable insights through financial modeling, variance analysis, advanced analytics, and clear management reporting.
• Support scenario analysis, investment evaluations, and business case development to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Maintain compliance with Honeywell financial policies, governance requirements, and reporting standards.
• Contribute to automation, process standardization, and digital finance initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision support.

Job Description:

Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Corporate organization. This role will provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics for the ISC Corporate Functional P&L while partnering with finance and functional leaders across Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, Planning, Transformation, and ISC Leadership. YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Controllership.
• Hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
