Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CS/CWA with hands-on internship or articleship experience in a CA/CS practicing firm (~2 years).
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax basics and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Corporate & Secretarial compliance under Companies Act 2013, including statutory records and ROC filings.
• Support RBI & FEMA compliance and related reporting requirements.
